Hi Ann:
I am glad you have written this because I think I have always had some form of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
I eat a lot of almonds and almond butter. However, I still eat gluten and have heard conflicting reports about it.
In your experience, does gluten add to fatigue?
Hi Christopher
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. I think if you have a sensitivity to gluten it can cause fatigue. You could try cutting it out for a couple of weeks to see if it makes any difference to how you feel.
I hope you enjoy this cracker recipe, it’s great with avocado or humous served with some crunchy veggie sticks or fermented vegetables. It’s my go to afternoon snack when I feel my energy flagging.
