The recipe below is for Chocolate Orange Chia Pudding. A tangy variation of a basic chia pudding. Try serving it with some orange segments and plain unsweetened yogurt. Sprinkle it with some chopped nuts to provide a bit of crunch……yum!

It’s easy to change it up a bit by using different ingredients, try cinnamon, lemon, or almond flavorings in place of the orange flavor.

Chia Seeds

The recipe uses Chia seeds, a popular super food, and easy to add to your regular diet. Chia seeds are a great source of protein, antioxidants, fiber, omega 3 fatty acids, iron and calcium, and provide an easily digestible energy boost.

Raw Cacao

Raw cacao provides a great chocolate hit in this pudding and helps make it less of a gel like texture.
